[Excellent, that's a good move. Revali narrows his eyes, crouches and swings his bow upwards, blocking the sword. What's the best use for a sturdy bow if you don't use it to fire arrows? Use it to block and bludgeon, of course! Just like he did against Suigetsu -- but this time there's no daemon for his opponent to aim at, or any intent to kill involved here. Still, he sure will give it his all!

Swatting the sword away with the bow, Revali advances, trying to get Tsuru to back off. Swinging once, twice -- attacking with the bow like this seems really cumbersome, but looks like he's already used to doing so! Regardless of if he manages to get Tsuru away, he does the same move at the end: he jumps back, as far as he can in one leap.

In the area where Tsuru is at, wind gathers, fast currents forming around a point in the air, like particles around a nucleus. It's not enough to lift anybody up in the air, but if Tsuru got caught in it, it's certainly bound to disorient him! Getting shaken briefly, intended to make him vulnerable for a second or two!

Still...Revali frowns. The strength of the wind he used seems to disappoint him]

[As soon as Tsuru is caught in that wind he leaps forward again and, with surprising fluidity, extends his wings and glides, tailwind made with wind magic propelling him forward, a feathery battering ram crossing the air towards Tsuru. He definitely doesn't have the weight to hit hard, but a good burst of wind sure helps hit harder than he would otherwise!

He's not as fast as he could be, though. Speedy enough to give a good fight, but not 100% prepared -- something he's finding out right now. Note to himself: even though his skills at half-strength lasts ten minutes, they really leave a lot to be desired. Full strength at five minutes seems like the best choice, no contest. He'll have to remember that in case any real fight happens!

Seems like, without arrows, Revali isn't afraid of getting physical and up-close, even though it's obvious he's not the best at it. Good enough! But not the best at all]

[It works, indeed. Problem with being light is that getting tossed around can happen, and that's exactly what happens there. Tsuru manages to toss him aside, all winds getting dispelled right away to give himself a good chance to regain his balance. Extending a wing to the ground, he barely avoids falling on his back, giving himself enough impulse to roll]

You're still up...good!

[Not that he expected anything different! No way Tsuru would challenge him to sparring if he was going to be defeated right away!

Revali focuses. Under Tsurumaru, the breeze picks up for a second, giving enough warning before a whirlwind erupts where he is right now, strong enough to launch him in the air! Not as high as Revali's Gale usually would launch anybody up, but if Tsuru is launched upwards he's going to catch some air!]
