I've never been to a place like this before. (narrator voice: and then he will proceed to come here multiple times this week............) Some place like this is usually popular with people, isn't it?
(It's definitely a bar... with things happening in it....)
The people I spend time with would drink under the moonlight or enjoy tea.
(Which may or may not come as a surprise? Tsurumaru is pretty lively and prone to getting bored and causing more trouble so something relaxing like that might seem strange.)
Of course, there are those that can get quite lively, too... but not in places like this. It's always at home.
(Tsuru voice: God has let me live another day and I'm about to make that everyone's problem. )
Hmm... Most of my time was in the court or on display. It was so quiet, I thought I would die from boredom but instead, I lived for many centuries.
(And this is definitely just a normal topic. He doesn't really think it's strange. It just is what it is,)
Then master summoned me and gave me this form. There were many of us and we began to celebrate as we pleased. But we can't leave the estate unless there's an assignment... and when we leave, we work. So I've never been to a place like this before.
Literally on display? You're stuck wherever your sword is?
[ it's. something alright. it's something. ]
You can leave at all, just because you wanted to? That's... an interesting way to do things. Loads of people where I'm from don't venture outside of barriers out of fear of monster attacks, but there's a lot out there they won't see because of that.
(This human body Yuri is seeing is only a few years old at most.)
We can't leave. We stay and protect the estate so master can rest more easily. (Very vague hands at TKRB canon. Give me more worldbuilding, please.) I've been outside but never in the present.

[ oh. did he upgrade? ]
I think so. We have bars and stuff back home but this is like… a bar I know with a difference. [ namely the hookahs. ]
I expect this place will be popular this week.

[ (tsuru voice) i think i will cause problems on purpose. ]
I think it seems lively here, in its own way. It’s not what you’re used to though?

Do you feel sorry for me, Yuri?

I just think your luck leaves something to be desired.

Then again, it’s not like I can judge people for bad luck either way.
